For the assignment this week, please reach out if you have questions.  You can use clipart if you want, but a Visio type document is what I am looking for.  You do not have to use Visio; you can use Word to create your diagram.  The purpose is to demonstrate that you can identify the start and end points of data flow and demonstrate that you understand how information flows between an EHR and ancillary systems.  Pay close attention to the arrows you will use to demonstrate the data flow.  Your submission should demonstrate the flow of data between systems. It is not a bad idea to ask a friend or someone to look at your diagram before submitting it. If they can make sense of it, you will likely hit the mark.
