I think that most of you are in Florida in this course. 

Do you think (given the current climate of health care in the United States) that at the Federal Level, the practice authority for NPs should be determined and that this should be consistent across the US? Why or why not?

Also, what is going on now with compact licensure for NPs? Will this help or hinder? I know here in AZ, where the NPs have full practice authority (and fought very hard for this) that they are opposed to this compact legislation as it would set them back in that they would need hours practicing under a physician to get licensed (whereas now they do not).
