In February of 1994 a devastating ice storm struck Memphis. After midnight, ice damage began to occur as trees fell and power-lines snapped. In June of 2003, Hurricane Elvis beginning as a summer storm but accelerating to 110 mile per hour winds with driving rain brought the city to a halt as the ice storm had done in 1994. Trees crashed down all over town, power lines went down, homes and cars damaged and electricity lost. In your posting address these 4 points:
